- Store Pickup
Please allow 1~2 business days for store pickup to be ready – notification will be sent via email when ready. If you would like to pickup without in-store shopping or dressing room access, please email us at [email protected] prior to your visit.
- Return policies: Please communicate your desire to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (online) or purchase (in-store). Please note that shipping fees are not covered for returns/exchanges/gifts.

- US Domestic and International shipping service disruptions are anticipated. Domestic orders may take up to 7 days, international may take 3~8 weeks.

- Rewards Points that have been accumulated at our in-store Square POS can now be transferred to an online account (in-store points are not linked to online). Please create an account here and email us with your registered email address & telephone number.
- Special order requests require additional processing time due to international delivery service disruptions. Please note that all special requests are often FINAL SALE and non-returnable except for defect. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
