SobaKatsu

SobaKatsu is the newest restaurant in Japantown specializing in handmade Japanese soba noodles made from gluten-free buckwheat flour from Aurora Mills and Farm in Main. They use seed stock imported from Japan.

SobaKatsu’s dishes can be eaten as hot (kake) or cold (zaru) soup and delicious sides like tempura, onigiri, scallops or butakakuni (soy-braised pork) !

SobaKatsu is located at 1700 Laguna Street and they are open from 12 – 7 PM, Monday – Saturday! Keep in mind that they will close early if they run out of soba noodles!

This place is definitely a must-try, but make sure to line up early as this 11 seat restaurant is first come, first serve!
