The safety and wellbeing of our guests, customers and colleagues is a top priority for Hyatt.
Hyatt continues to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely, keeping those who are affected in our hearts, and listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from guests such as you.
Inspired by Hyatt’s purpose – we care for people so they can be their best – and in response to the dynamic COVID-19 situation, we would like to share actions Hyatt is taking to care for you during this time, including booking with confidence and travel flexibility and comprehensive steps to implement new guidance, procedures and practices as we reimagine the hotel experience.
Fully renovated in 2018, this boutique hotel stands adjacent to the Japan Center Mall and offers many rooms with views of the neighborhood and beyond. Their lobby space has been reinvented to offer an alluring lounge vibe, lofted beam ceilings, and a craft bar providing excellent cocktails and Hawaiian-inspired bites throughout the late afternoon and evening. What’s more, acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Pim Techamuanvivit (of Kin Khao fame) has recently opened her second new restaurant in the U.S. at the Hotel! (See also: Nari restaurant listing). This property will appeal to the young and hip, but also to families who may wish to take advantage of their spacious suites and affordable parking. Group and business travelers to Japantown will notice that the Muni bus lines and Uber/Lyft services provide easy connection to downtown.
